Styles
Grommet Style
Our Grommet Style is a good choice if your horse has enough dock hair to hide in the small grommet attachment at the top of the extension. Further down the extension are 2 more grommets where hair is pulled through.
An elastic is put on the three strands of hair and braided about one inch and the secured with another elastic. This eliminates swinging of the extension and your horses tail will move as one.
We now use coloured grommets that blend in with the leather. If you wish to have a tail made with no grommets, please let us know.
Double Loop Style

We also offer the Double Loop Style of tail extension. They are positioned at the end of the tail bone and are a great way to add extra fullness.

The colours we have in stock are light sorrel, dark red sorrel, dark chestnut, jet black and natural black.
